Big things are about to happen……sneak peak of our new branding

Cloud9 Estates are about to undergo a big change!

Cloud9 and the current brand has been going strong for the past 8 years and we are now ready to rapidly move the business forward.  We’ve decided that we have achieved everything and more with the current brand and now want to come out of lockdown with a fresh new look and feel.

There has been a lot happening over the past 8 years, we now have both a separate dedicated sales team and lettings team, offer market beating exclusive products and services, partnered with conveyancers & mortgage brokers and last but not least we are award winning. A lot has happened to us on our journey so far and we look forward to continuing to grow with our customers, delivering good service and matching buyers with homes for our vendors and landlords. Our re-brand will mark a new and exciting phase for Cloud9 and will include the creation of a new logo, signage and website, all designed with your needs as the customer at forefront of our mind.

Jonathan – Branch Manager commented;

“As our business has enjoyed substantial growth over the last two years and our market dominance across Coventry continues to escalate, we wanted to really mark the occasion with some exciting changes to our branding to really assure all of our loyal customers, that we have even more ambitious growth plans over the coming years. We remain deeply proud of our heritage but felt it was time to take us out to a larger market, we tirelessly worked on getting the design perfect, we wanted to demonstrate the fun and approachable element of our original designs but also to incorporate a contemporary and serious side to show our clients we mean business and we want them to continue to come with us on our journey.

Our Sales and Letting business have jettisoned throughout what should have been a particularly challenging market, great estate agents excel in harder marketplaces, we thrived where others failed.  We are so very proud of the new changes, and we just know you will continue to see this brand all over Coventry via our eye catching sold and let by signage”.

Although we might be refreshing the look of the brand, our name will stay the same, we often get asked why Cloud9? The brand name came from one of the owners, when the decision was made to start the business, he was asked how he felt, his instant response was ‘I feel ecstatic and like I’m on Cloud9’ so that’s how the name came about.  Whether you are buying or selling or even renting when the sale happens, those keys are placed in your hands the feeling is ecstatic ‘you’re on Cloud9’.
