We’re offering Virtual Tours - We’re not slowing down at all!

We’ve also had a number of our clients record their own video tours or we produce for them, this can be a great way of showing people around your home without them needing to come in person.

Simple process

1: Make contact with the branch - call or email to notify us that you would like a valuation and when you will be providing the keys if vacant.

2: Drop keys in the branch through our letterbox - no need to put the address on the envelope - just your name. If currently rented then contact details for your tenants.

3: We agree pricing and marketing options - gas safety and EPC ordered if required. 

4: We market the property online via video tours (this is working extremely well with a high volume of lettings being agreed in this fashion)

5: We let the property.
